This notification is for those students, who are eagerly waiting for examination update for January 2026 attempt. Institute of Chartered Accountant of India announced the date sheet for January 2026 attempt that earlier scheduled from January 5, 2025. The said examinations will now be held in January 2026 attempt as per the announcement of ICAI.

Owing to spread of Covid-19, the ICAI exams may 2020 cycle has been merged with Nov 2020 attempt. However, these exams are rescheduled for all India bases and abroad.

ICAI also announced the timing for  January 2026 exams in the notification for January 2026 attempt. The exams will be conducted in the afternoon between 2:00 to 5:00 PM (except elective papers). You should note down that there is no change in the Examination centres for CA Final Old and new course students. The time duration for elective paper is of 3 Hours, all other examinations are of 2 hours.

Students, you know very well a time- table plays a virtual role in the successful achievements. A proper time- table is a key factor and it should be achievable. ICAI (Institute of Charted Accountant Of India) has announced that Exams of CA Foundation  January 2026 will be held in the month of January 2026.

Owing to Covid-19 and extensive of lockdown period ICAI has postponed the date of exams. Now exams will be held in the month of January 2026 that is scheduled on January 18, 2026 . In view of this pandemic situation May 2020 exams have been cancelled and merged with Nov 2020 attempt.

Those students who has already submitted their application form for January 2026 attempt, have given an option to correct their application forms, while making a fresh application form for CA Foundation January 2026 attempt. However these application forms are available only in online mode at icaiexam.icai.org.

 Only registered students with the Board Of Studies (BOS) can be filled this examination forms. In this form you have to select the examination centre, and pay the required proceeds for the application fee. Same ID or password is used for all services.

Fees for Indian candidates is of Rs. 1500 and For foreigners is US$325 except Kathmandu Centre. However the fee for Nepal (Khatmandu) centres is Rs. 2200.They can pay the proceeds though various modes like Credit card, Debit card, Net banking , BHIM UPI and Ropay Cards etc.

Your one time registration is evergreen process and it can be done whole over the year. The registration fee and exam fee both are different. However exam fee is varying according to the exam centre.

Although Exam centers and exam timing i.e. (For Paper-1 and Paper 2 :- 2 p.m. to 5 p.m and For Paper 3 and Paper 4:  2pm. To 4 p.m.)  have not changed but examination Date Sheet Changed.

The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India announced the date sheet for January 2026 attempt that  scheduled from January 6, 2026.

CA Final (old / New Course) Admin Card for January 2026 Exams

For the CA Final exams in Nov 2024, ICAI will release admit cards around 15 days before the exam on its official website. Admin card will be downloaded from ICAI Website only. ICAI will not send hard copy of admit card to any student. Students have to take print out of the form.
