MTP Series 1 Nov 23 Question 2(a)

In Mtp Series 1 of Nov 23, Question 2(a) is incomplete records. In the key to the paper, they did not provide how the closing balances of debtors and creditors is calculated or atleast the accounts have not been drawn. Could someone please explain how such time lag treatment is done in debtors and creditors in the question..?
