Account Registration & Security
To download question papers, upload answer sheets, view checked copies, and access ranker benchmarks, you must register a student account. You agree to safeguard your credentials and take complete responsibility for all submissions and transactions executed under your profile.
Strict 1:1 Account Policy: Every CA Test Series subscription is strictly personal, non-transferable, and assigned to a single student. Our security infrastructure monitors concurrent sessions, anomalous IP address switches, and device fingerprints. Simultaneous logins from multiple locations or sharing login credentials with fellow students, library groups, or coaching institutes triggers automated account lockdown and permanent termination without entitlement to any fee refund.
- You must never disclose your password, SMS OTP, or authentication tokens to any third party.
- You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you detect unauthorized access or security breaches.
- CA Test Series reserves the absolute right to terminate accounts that register fraudulent details or engage in credential sharing.
Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright
All content published on our platform—including test question papers, case study scenarios, MCQ diagnostic engines, suggested answers, evaluation rubrics, examiner marking guidelines, video lectures, diagrams, audio feedback recordings, software code, and trademarks—is the exclusive intellectual property of CA Test Series and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and international copyright conventions.
Enrolled students receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to download and view question papers strictly for their personal exam preparation. Any reproduction, screen recording, screenshot redistribution, uploading to public file-sharing repositories, or creating derivative works based on our content constitutes civil infringement and a punishable criminal offense.
Reselling Policy & Anti-Piracy Enforcement
CA Test Series maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance against educational piracy, unauthorized commercial exploitation, and secondary resale of test materials.
Strict Prohibition: You must not redistribute, resell, share, or broadcast our test papers, answer sheets, or evaluated remarks on Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, Google Drive folders, YouTube, or unauthorized study forums. All downloaded PDFs contain invisible cryptographic steganographic watermarks matching the purchasing student ID, allowing immediate forensic tracking.
