income tax hra

in the subject income tax, in 'ca test series' practice questions in chp 4 unit 1, i.e salary, the Q3 and icai study material, tyk Q1, are same, so the hra exempted in icai solution is 21300 and their solution shows hra exempted as 20300, how is there a differnece and which answer is correct?
