CA Foundation ICAI Examination Form May 2024 Dates, Fee | Step by Step Process to Fill the form & Fee Structure

CA Foundation ICAI Exam form for May 2024 will be available from 14th February 2024 on the ICAI web portal. ICAI will release CA Foundation results in February  2024, and ICAI Exam Forms will be available for the December 2024 term. 

Exam forms will be available starting feb 14th, 2024, and close on  March 13th, 2024 (Expected). 

There are detailed instructions for filling out the test forms online. While filling out the form, ICAI candidates are recommended to read, comprehend, and follow the instructions attentively.

ICAI CA Foundation Exam Form June 2024: Procedure for Submit

The ICAI Foundation Exam Forms for the June 2024 Attempt will be available on 14 February 2024, with the deadline for submission on13 March  2024. 

All students must submit their exam applications online at  & follow the steps outlined below to submit your ICAI Exam Form online.


Step 1: Create Your Account at ICAI CA Exam Portal Online:

Candidates must create a new account in order to submit CA Foundation Exam Forms. Only new students, who are able to fill out the CA Foundation Exam Form for the first time, are required to create a new account. 

If you completed the CA Exam form in your previous attempt, you must log in using your old login ID and password; if you do not remember your old password, please forget it before logging in. 

There is no need to register login at if you already did so while applying for Final / Intermediate / CA Foundation exams in a previous attempt. 

Thus, Simply log in with your SingleSignOn credentials (LoginId and Password) to access all of the activities in one spot.

For New registrations, every student must establish an account by entering their: 

Student Registration Number (e.g., CRO0123456), date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. 


If your name does not appear after entering your registration number and date of birth, you may still establish a PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE login by giving accurate information.

If your login is set to Provisional Candidate, you must provide a copy of your registration letter and other essential papers with your application form.

Please double-check your email address and other registration information supplied in the previous step. 

Since the login-id and password, you established for filling out the application form will be sent to this email address and mobile-only.


Step 2: Online Login and Pay Fee:

You will get your login ID and password by email after creating a new account. 

Check your email and copy your user name and password. Now you must log in to the ICAI online exam form website. 

After logging in, please carefully fill out all required data and validate the details displayed on the Confirmation Page before paying the fees online using a Master, Visa, or Debit card.

Candidates whose photographs and signatures are not in the exam database, i.e., whose photographs and signatures are not displayed on the screen, must complete the examination application form, print the profile form, affix their photographs and signatures at the designated location, have the form attested by a Chartered Accountant or Gazetted Officer or Head of an educational institution, and submit the form to the Institutes designated offices.

However, Applicants must scan and submit their Certificate of Service to the site as well.

Step 1: Download the appropriate Certificate of Service format from the links provided above.

Step 2: Fill in all the necessary particulars in a proper format.

Step 3: Get the form attested from Principal/Member

Step 4: Scan the same in the image formats listed below. Prepare a Jpg/Jpeg file with a resolution of 200DPI and a file size of 100-200Kb.

Step 5: Now Visit ICAI Official CA Exam form website by clicking this link:

Step 6: After logging in with your Registration Number and Password, your Dashboard will show on your display.


New users or first-time users, first register on the ICAI Portal, and you will get your password through email.

Step 7: You must click on the "apply for May 2024 exams" option or the tap on "edit application" option.

Step 8: Popup Window Show will appear; click on the Ok button, and you will reach the CA Exam form Page of the same website.

Step 9: Then, Scroll down below, and you will see the "declaration certificate" option; click that.

Step 10: Select your Scan File, and your Certificate of Service is Successfully uploaded at ICAI Exam Portal; fill all other required details and upload Your CA Foundation exam Form


If your pictures and signatures are not in the exam database, then only you have to follow the next steps.


Step 3: Make your payment and print the PDF form:

Now you must make payment and print out the Exam form in PDF format on A4 size paper with Portrait orientation when payment is completed. It is not necessary to print on both sides of the paper.

You may request a refund of fees by sending an email. Multiple payments for the same student (applying more than once with the same Registration Number) will be returned by the office on its own at the end of the online forms process.


Step 4: Attach your photo and signature:

After printing the Exam form:

  • Paste your photograph on the exam form.
  • Sign with a black ink pen.
  • Get it certified by the Principal/Member of the Institute/gazetted official, as specified in the form prepared in Step 3 above.



Candidates whose pictures and signatures are in the examination database, i.e., those whose photographs and signatures appear on the screen and in pdf format on the portal when they log in, are not necessary to print and submit the exam form. They should, however, save a printout or a soft copy of the ca exam form for their records.
